Phonak RemoteMic is a simple wireless microphone used to listen to a distant speaker or sound source.
The RemoteMic V2.0 is the latest version for ComPilot II and ComPilot Air II and is also compatible with the Spice/Quest generation ComPilot.
The RemoteMic is clipped onto the speaker’s clothing and when combined with a Phonak streamer, transmits the speaker’s voice directly to both hearing aids over a distance of up to 20 meters (66 ft).
At only 13 gr (0.46 oz.), RemoteMic is convenient to clip onto clothing. The speaker can wear it longer, without noticing its weight.
The long continuous streaming time of up to 8 hours allows for a full day of listening.
Thanks to the omni-directional microphone, the wearer does not have to worry about the exact wearing position. With a streaming distance of more than 20 meters (66 ft.), RemoteMic allows for reliable signal reception.
Thanks to the dedicated on/off slider, the use of RemoteMic is extremely easy. Two volume buttons allow clients to precisely adjust the volume for different situations.
The RemoteMic is also available with ComPilot Air II in a set. The devices are already paired and ready to use, resulting in very little installation and setup effort. Together they create a convenient communication set, ready to wirelessly stream audio to Venture hearing aids.
The RemoteMic wireless transmission is based on proven Bluetooth™ technology and optimized for low latency. It is compatible with ComPilot, ComPilot II or ComPilot Air II.
